Advantages of Pushback pallet rack design

Pushback Rack is LIFO's solution for storing cargo using carrier rail guides. When one package is placed in storage, another box is pushed back into the storage area. When one load was removed, the next load was moved to another location where the bag was removed. This means that each row has many shares in the optimal position for elimination. The squeeze method may not be suitable for warehouses that require FIFO.

High-density storage

Push back racking increases product storage capacity by up to 75% compared to selective racking systems. Pushback rack systems provide high-density pallet storage, safe operation, less rack damage, increased throughput, and productivity. Pushback system configurations range from 2 to 6 pallets deep and four or more levels high. Pushback rack for sale can significantly increase the number used.

Push Back Rack is LIFO's solution for storing pallet loads using guide rails. When a pallet is placed in one area, the pallet will prompt you to save on other pallets. When the pallet is loaded, it transfers the part of the pallet that occupies the space from which it was brought. This means that each row of pallets has enough space to make a palette. This method is not suitable for use in warehouses that require the FIFO method.

Economical storage

This framework combines some bed rack modifications and a track and rail framework. The bed is mounted on a low-profile card that fits within the rack structure. Mattresses can be stacked and dumped from the front of the system for a more pronounced effect with each pick. Beds are available from each pickup level, which roll up toward the front of the system. Pushback racks reduce aisles and save floor space. Pushback racks provide tremendous throughput and are pliable over standard lift trucks. Pushback racks are economically the most economical racks due to their combination of high thickness and high productivity. This rack structure is suitable if the bed is frequently moved between racks.

Double Deep Pallet Racking uses gravity to keep the racks organized. These racks are slightly slanted and use gravity to propel the pallet over the rack rails. The flow system keeps the inventory in the rear rack. Then pull the stock from the front. The list then "passes" through the rack system.

Double deep rack

A Double Deep Rack is a variation of a single deep frame that combines two single frames. While this reduces the number of aisles required, it can be as inefficient as a single shelf as this type of extortion is prone to combing honey. In addition to completing a double forklift, you'll need to squeeze and remove the pallets.

The double deep pallet racking method is a variant of single deep racking that holds two in a single rack space. Although this method reduces the required number of aisles, it is less efficient than single deep raking because it is vulnerable to "honeycombs.” In addition, placing and removing pallets from the rack requires a particular forklift to move two pallets simultaneously.

A double-deep rack is a selective pallet rack that positions two deep pallets. DISTRIBUTION X rack loads and unloads from the front must be stocked and lifted in the same aisle. The double deep rack layout consists of two back-to-back rows of deep selective racks. Each pick slot has a front pallet and a back pallet. Accessing the back pallets requires a deep reach attachment on the lift truck. Double deep racking is made by placing two double-sided runs together. Pallets are stored at two depths and transported using special trucks with pantographs or telescopic forks.
